At NVGTN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all original tags are still attached and the garments are free of marks or scents.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
